MediaTek currently holds the record for the most powerful Android processor with the Dimensity 9000+ surpassing Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor in power, according to an assessment taken from analyses by the specialized website AnTuTu.
According to information at the end of September 2022, the list of most powerful smartphones in terms of Android devices based on anTuTu analysis and taken up by the GizmoChina website is the ROG Phone 6D, which has a Dimensity 9000+ processor manufactured by MediaTek.
The above becomes relevant since the Dimensity 9000+ processor is present in few smartphones, all only available in China and not in the West, so in market matters Qualcomm and its Snapdragon 8 + dominate the ranking, of the 10 phones listed, 9 are of the dragon brand.
One Plus Ace Pro, iQOO 10 Pro, Black Shark 7S Pro, Lenovo Legion Y70, iQOO 10, Motorola Moto X30 Pro, Xiaomi 12S Pro, Xiaomi Redmi K50 Ultra and the Xiaomi MIX Fold 2 are the Plus Range devices that complete the list and it should be noted that all feature Qualcomm’s flagship processor.
As far as the high-end is concerned, the 10 phones listed, 9 contain processors created by MediaTek, through the Dimensity 8100, corresponding to two Chinese versions of Ace brand devices, the OPPO Reno8 Pro + 5G, the vivo S15 Pro, the Realme GT Neo 3, the Redmi Note 11T Pro +, the Redmi K50, the OPPO K10 5G and the Redmi Note 11T Pro.
