Renowned leaker and analyst Ming Chi Kuo released information about Apple’s new plans for the new iPhone.
According to the specialist in the Cupertino brand, the iPhone 14 would not incorporate the new Bionic A16 processor but would maintain the Bionic A15 that the iPhone 13 currently have, which would break with the custom of annual processor premiere.
The leaker also assured that in 2022 the iPhone Mini would not be presented due to constant criticism and a low sales index, on the contrary an iPhone 14 Max would be presented, which would have a 6.7-inch screen, which would mean that it would have the same characteristics of the standard model with a larger screen.
The iPhone 14 and 14 Max would use the A15 Bionic processor presented in 2021 and only the Pro and Pro Max versions would include the new A16 Bionic chip due to the shortage of chipsets that is available worldwide.
All four models of the iPhone 14 would arrive with a RAM of 6GB, the iPhone 14 and the iPhone 14 Max would have the LPDDR 4X standard and the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max would arrive with LPDDR 5.
In September Apple will make the official launch of the iPhone 14 so all doubts will be cleared.
