Currently Xiaomi is known in the world mainly for its smartphones and has dozens of products focused on the home, such as: WiFi repeaters, vacuum cleaners, spotlights and of course, televisions. Now it was the turn of the chinese firm to present a TV with 4K resolution that has a 100-inch panel: the Redmi Max 100.
Among the main features of Xiaomi’s new bet, a frontal use of 98.8 percent stands out, practically the entire front is composed of the screen, with minimal edges.
As for its specifications, the 4K resolution comes accompanied by a refresh rate of 120 HZ and can offer a maximum brightness of up to 700 nits. It has an environmental sensor through which you can automatically adjust the brightness, another of the highlights is that it has the certifications of Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, HDR10, HLG and the most interesting: IMAX Enhanced that promises an important improvement in terms of sound and image quality over its previous model.
The Xiaomi Redmi Max 100 is controlled by an ARM Cortex-A73 processor, has a RAM of 4GB and has 64GB of storage running under Xiaomi’s own operating system: MIUI for Tv which has some special features for the Asian market.
This new product is the successor to the Redmi Max 2020, the main difference is the size of the screen.
Although it has features that could attract the attention of the international market, the Xiaomi Redmi Max 100 would only be sold in Asia, in China it will have a price of 19,999 yuan equivalent to approximately 3,150 dollars.
