The Prime Early Access Sale, organized by Amazon, will arrive on October 11 and 12 in the United States and will aim to be complementary to Prime Day, in which there are discounts and exclusive offers for Prime subscription members.

The Verge confirmed the rumors that circulated since June, when various media reported that it was likely that Amazon would make another special sale for this year in addition to Prime Day that took place on July 12 and 13.

Apart from the names, it is expected that between both events there is no greater difference, the main objective will be to increase the company’s sales by implementing offers on products both launched by Amazon and sold by third parties.

In addition to the United States, other countries that will have access to the Prime Early Access Sale will be Austria, Canada, China, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Turkey. Therefore, Latin American countries would not be included in this new event in its first year.

We will have to wait to see if in the coming years the Prime Early Access Sale reaches more countries if it continues to be realized.

In this 2022 the Amazon Prime Day celebrated its 7th anniversary, it began in 2015 with the aim of celebrating the 20th anniversary of Amazon already considered as a consolidated event and expected by subscribers due to the large number of attractive promotions it offers.

At the end of August 2022, Prime Video has more than 200 million users, according to information issued in the latest quarterly report.
